An interview with Matt
What are you other interests Matt?
MG: I am a Martial Arts Instructor and am currently running the Northern Beaches Hapkido School in Brookvale.
Have you been doing this for long and why?
MG: About 25 years and I do it because I love seeing people change from poor fitness, low flexibility and low skill into competent fit skilful Martial Artists. After all my time training it is great to have somewhere to redirect what I have learnt. The growth in confidence and self-esteem achieved by my students as they progress is always great to see.
What else do you do with your free time?
MG: Lots! Waterskiing, boating, any kind of fitness and Golf at the Cromer Golf Club are all things I love to do as well as having a chat over a beer or coffee. My favourite thing however is just spending time with my fantastic Wife Sue and my two kids Chad and Rani.
If you could invite any 4 people to a dinner party together who would they be?
MG:
1. Bruce Lee
2. Billy Connelly
3. Jack Johnson
4. Pat Rafter
